The price above is for the practitioner’s time and the plan that comes out of it. Here is what that actually includes.
Initial consultations run about 20 minutes and follow-ups about 15 — long enough to take a proper history rather than work through a symptom list.
Built around your history, your current medications and what you are actually trying to change. Valid for six months from the date your practitioner creates it.
Every consultation is with a registered Australian practitioner, working alongside your regular GP rather than in place of them.
Consultations run by phone across every state and territory, which makes a thorough assessment reachable from regional and rural areas.
Two things are not covered by the consultation fee. Neither is ever charged without you seeing the price first.
Varies
Medication is prescribed only where it is clinically appropriate, and dispensed by a licensed Australian pharmacy. What it costs depends on the treatment and the dosage, and you are always told the full price before you proceed.
A prescription is never guaranteed — your practitioner decides.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Other payment methods may be available — ask our team when you book.
If you are not satisfied with your consultation, contact us at [email protected] within seven days and we will look at the circumstances. We may offer a partial or full refund where a technical problem prevented the consultation going ahead, or where it was not in line with the services we provide.
Refunds are not issued where the consultation was completed and a treatment plan was appropriately prescribed, because the consultation is itself the service provided.
